Nadina Helen Bakos
Nadina Helen Bakos is the director of The Loop. She is a filmmaker with a sensitivity that shines through the camera lens. Almost like magic. She uses colour, music and images in a way that makes her films fluid and elegant. They take the spectator on a journey from beginning to end of the film. Helen has a BA from Westerdals (former NISS) in Oslo, Norway. She has since her graduation been a director of photography in 10 films and directed 3 films, from music videos to feature films. She brings her experiences and her excellent taste to The Loop to make something different.
Cristo Borrachero
Cristo Borrachero is an actor and filmmaker that loves sci-fi, horror and romantic comedy movies. He is a big fan of Stephen King and the way he criticises society through his books. Cristo believes that the mix of thriller, horror and social criticism is what inspires his complete devotion to the project. Cristo has a Master in Film and TV from University Carlos III, Spain. Cristo has been a producer director in three short films, and a director in several short-films and theatre plays. He will be the line producer in this film and will bring his big passion for the genre to it.
Vibeke Larsen Maltun
Vibeke Larsen Maltun is the production designer. Vibeke is a multi creative woman who loves everything related to design. Life has given her the opportunity to be curious and willing to learn. She has been fortunate to learn from the best, and tried to cultivate the different elements in depth one or two at the time. This has given her a broad “Jack of all trades” and certain levels of skills. Her joy is to co-create and bring out the very best in others and herself, and offer some high end quality to the public. Vibeke’s motto is: If they can, so can I.
Terje Bruun Lien
Terje B Lien is our structured script. He started out working life as a singer/songwriter and freelance journalist and has experience from PR, TV-production, and as a teacher. Terje likes to have control and order. He is the perfect script for The Loop. He will also play a minor role in the movie, called Falk.
Daniel Amortegui
Daniel Amortegui is a young man that loves film. He is at the beginning of his career as a filmmaker and wants to learn as much as possible. He will be involved in the project as camera crew. The Loop will be the first project he is involved in. He wants to learn from the inside how it is to make a film. Daniel is a multi talent who has an eye for design, is great at drawing and has plentiful technical insight.
Markus Thorsen
Markus Thorsen is a passionate sound director. He loves his profession and places a lot of energy and awareness into every project. He is an audio nerd: he knows everything there it is to know about sound. Markus works hard to get the best sound quality possible under every condition, no matter how difficult it can be. Markus has studied sound design at Westerdals in Oslo, Norway.
Morten Rognskog
Morten Rognskog is composer and audio engineer. He used to work with pop and rock music production (as an audio engineer) in Oslo during the 1990s and early 2000s, and has more than 20 years of experience with music production and composing. In 2015 he started to compose music for films, and a year later he turned to film audio post-production in addition to film scoring. Morten is like wikipedia, he has a vast knowledge on many different topics.
Wisha Smiler
Wisha Smiler is a bohemian woman who originates from a family of artists. She had a colorful childhood surrounded by people from different continents. Wisha started to draw very early, and her interest developed into makeup, special effects, dance, theater, costume, music, foley etc. Wisha always has a big smile on her lips.
